In store return policy:
Please understand that we are a small, local business. We try to continually bring newness into our store daily. Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. Because of this, our product turnover is about 10 days.
Items are available for return within 10 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Unfortunately, after the 10 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Returns can be made in store or by mail.
Online return policy:
We accept returns within 20 days of receiving your product for a refund or store credit. If you choose to receive store credit we will provide a free return shipping label. If you choose to receive a refund we will send you a return shipping label and a refund minus $15.00 for the return label.
We will not accept products that have been worn or washed, tags missing and not in the original packaging. We have the right to refuse a return if we receive the product in this way regardless if sent back within the 20 day period.
Once we approve your return you will be emailed a printable return label. Please repackage and drop off at your local UPS store or UPS drop off box within 2 days of receiving your return label.
